Panfried Chicken Teta / Gizzards In Green Masala

For 1 st Marination of  Chicken Gizzards

500 gms Chicken  Gizzards
Cut into Small Pieces
Wash it couple of times drain all of excess water and transfer it into a bowl  
1 Medium Size Onion Finely chopped
5 to 6 Green Chillies cut lenghtwise into fine Jullienes
1 medium Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon crushed Black Pepper corn
Salt to Taste 

Apply this above ingredients to the chicken Gizzards along with Onion and Green Chillies  and set aside 

In the mean time prepare thick Fresh  Green Masala Paste with following ingredients
Green Masala is what you need to prepare so arrange following items


Preparation Of  Ground Green Masala  

1 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped   
1 Pod Peeled and roughly chopped Garlic
5 to 6  Fresh Green Chillies
1 cup chopped Green Coriander Leaves  / Kothmir    
¼ cup Mint leaves  / Pudina
1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder  
1/2 Teaspoon crushed Black Pepper Corns
Salt to taste  
3 tablespoon Oil or more as needed

Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and grind it to smooth paste keep this ground green masala paste aside

Lemon wedge & Round White Onion Rigs as Garnish
Finely chopped Kothmir / Green Coriander  to top it up


Method Of Preparation :

In an open frying pan heat some Oil
Then add this Marinated Chicken Gizzards along with the onion and slitted green chillies 

On low heat Cook and shallow fry it preferably with closed Lid , Since Gizzards take more of time to cook , pls keep an eye stirring it on and off at times making sure the Onion and Green Chillies doesn't burn or stick to the bottom of the pan ,  keep turning it until the onions are translucent is well cooked.

At This point you can add 2 Heap Tablespoon of Ground Green Masala gently stir and with open lid 

Further cook and Fry if possible give golden brownish coating to it make it well done once the oil fully separates Gizzards is cooked Masala is well fried and coated well

Remove and serve it as a Starter or Side Dish Squeezed with lemon juice and sprinkled with Fresh Green Coriander Leaves  

Give some  thick slices of White Onion Rings too along with it 

It’s a must with Chicken Gizzards in Green Masala
