Required
Ingredients :
250
gms grated cheese ( amul / kraft / cheddar )
50 to
60 gms of maida
2
pinch of salt ( if cheese not too salty
)
2
pinch of soda bicarbonate ( if you add more your cheeseballs would burst open
while frying so take care )
3 to
4 pinch of white pepper
½
portion of egg ( white only )
30 to
50 ml of fresh cream 33 % ( liquid form
)
Mixing
The Dough :
Get
all this in one large glass bowl
Then
knead this mixture step by step slowly and
nicely
The
oil must separate from the dough ( like gulab jamuns ) do not knead too much
Method
Of Preparation :
Once
this kneading process finishes
Make
them into tiny balls marble size
You
need to deep fry this so get the oil ready on your pan
Then
on slow fire while the oil is not so hot
Start
frying these balls until golden brown
The
making process is identical of making gulab jamuns
The
only difference is cheese so its called cheese balls.
Now
if you wish to make it little spicy
Then
all you have to do is add very very finely chopped green chillies
1
tablespoon of it this will give you a hint of spicyness to Indian palatte
Serve
these Cheese balls while they are slightly warm
