Crispy Fried Wedding Chicken In Red Batter

Get 1 Whole standard sized 🐔 chicken Skinless After cleaning weight of 1 kg to 1.2 kg , Cut it into good medium sized pieces of 12 , Wash it thru water clean up all the cavities and set aside to drain of all the excess water
In a separate bowl prepare a nice thick batter to coat this Crispy fried chicken

Take a glass or Steel bowl and add up the following ingredients step by step
For 1 whole chicken

The  Batter :

2 Whole Eggs
2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
2 Tablespoon Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 Small juice of Lemon or Lime
Required Amount of Salt
5 Tablespoon of 🌽 Cornflour
5 Tablespoon of Maida
Flour should be of 50 / 50 Quantity
And 1/4 Teaspoon of Bush Tomato Deep Red or Orange Red of your liking

The Marination Process :

Now mix this ingredients and prepare a Thick batter throughly with your wooden Spoon or hand whisk make sure you add Cold water little by little to make it nice thick batter

Now addup your Drained Chicken throughly marinate it in the batter cover it and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 3  hour or you can leave it at room temperature too


Method Of  Frying :

Heat up your karahi with good amount of oil approximate 1 liter Pack  for deep frying .
Then Deep these 🐔  Chicken pieces until well done and Crispy for around 15 minutes

Remove and serve while it's hot with Hot Garlic or Szechuan Sauce
