Homemade Potato Plain Salted Wafer

Required Ingredients :

1 kg potatoes washed and thoroughly cleaned in water
do not remove the skin
take a slicer and slice potatoes as thin as possible

Take a large vessel put enough water to submerge these chips

Add sliced potatoes to which you add 2 to 3 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon soda khar
3 spoons of vinegar

Method Of Preparation :

Bring this thing to boil and just for 2 to 3 minutes stir
you will get to see these potato slices turning transparent
immediately drain all this water

On the other side , heat one large kadahi with 1 Liter of oil for deep frying
Immediately as soon as the oil heats up
start frying these chips
fry them in batches
For crispiness  deep fry 2 times
Sprinkle with Required amount of Salt  
Remove in a proferated colander drain off any excess Oil
Cool it  thoroughly at room temperature

Later store it in a dry plastic jar .
