Spicy chicken fry that taste
amazing. This spicy chicken fry makes a great appetizer. Totally addictive.
This chicken fry turns out to be so
juicy Crisp and delicious. I made this couple days back and it was total hit.
In this recipe , Whole
Chicken is marinated in spicy marinade and deep fried in hot oil until
crisp Besan + 🌽 Cornflour is what makes This chicken Fry tasty and
lipsmacking.
You can use this Batter even
for Fish you will be amazed with its flavor it will remind you of the Chicken
and Fish that you have eaten in Restaurant or Goa Beaches or Valankanni
Beach
Required
Ingredients :
1 kg
Whole chicken Cut into Medium Size pieces Drain
water completely and pat dry with absorbent paper.
1 tablespoon Ginger
& Garlic paste
1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli Paste ( you can mix green chilli when you make ginger garlic paste
)
1 juice of
lemon if big size ( 2 small lemon if small in size )
2 tablespoon
Red Kashmiri Chilly Powder
1 tablespoon Coriander
Dhaniya Powder
½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder
¼ teaspoon ( 4
pinch Bush Orange Red Colour )
4 tablespoon
Besan ( Gram Flour )
2
tablespoon Corn flour
Salt to Taste
1 cup of Cold water to dilute and make the
Chicken marinade thick and pasty
Take a bowl or
large Mixing Pan marinated the Chicken with all of the above ingredients and
leave it in refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate
1 liter Oil for deep frying
1.2 teaspoon
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Method of
Frying :
Heat
oil in a large frying pan.
Drop
the marinated chicken pieces in hot oil.
Deep
fry in batches in medium flame.
Fry each batch
for about 12 to 15 minutes till it is golden brown, fragrant & crisp.
Drain
and place on kitchen tissure to absorb excess oil.
Sprinkle
with Chaat Masala
Serve
Khan’s Mouth watery Fried Crisp Chicken
or Fish as a Starter or even as Side
dish especially when your Mom Has cooked Dal and Steamed Rice
