Required Ingredients :
This
quantity is with 5 Frankfurters

pork or chicken smoked or plain frankfurters or Hot Dogs
Cut
it into small pieces and set aside
1
liter Oil for Deep Frying ( less oil
will give you shapeless corn dogs so use sufficent oil for deep frying )
Corn Dog Batter :
½
quantity of 1 Beaten Egg
60
to 80 ml of Milk
1
Tablespoon Sugar
1
teaspoon of Baking Powder
Pinch
Of Salt

gms cornflakes ground into fine powder into mixer
50
gms plain flour Maida
Method Of Preparation :
Take
a small bowl Pour the milk and add ½ quantity of an egg whisk
this vigoursly set aside this bowl
Then
in a separate larger bowl , Add
Plain flour , Cornflakes Powdered ,
Baking powder , Sugar & Pinch of
Salt ,Give
it a Stir to Mix these ingredients evenly
Then
gradually add the Beaten Milk with Egg mixture ,To
create a thick flowing batter
Heat
a khadai or deep vessel pour 1 liter of oil on high temperature ,Then
bring the regulator to medium heat
Hold
a Toothpick , Prick each of those diced Hot dogs bites
Dip
it into this thick corn dog batter and one by one slide it into the hot oil
Fry
and colour it until rich golden brown
Place
it on your favourite platter while its still hot
Serve
it Accompanied with your favourite sauce , Mayonnaise
, Cocktail , Szechuan Chutney or Tomato ketchup
