Cuttle Fish Khudi

3 Large  sized Cuttle Fish , Here you can even use Baby Octopus with tenticles I think it would be more tastier and with better crunch
Remove eyes and intestines and hard portion of the fish
wash till pure white meat that you can see select only those parts for your khudi
Give some gashes with the sharp knife on these cuttle fish fillet , Then cut these into squares and keep aside ready in a bowl   



Khudi  Masala  Ingredients :

On Medium Heat with just 1 tablespoon of oil ,   Pan Roast these following ingredients  

2 Onions roughly chopped
¼  Fresh Coconut Scrapped you can even use Dry Coconut it would be more Richer is Flavour   
3 to 4 fresh chopped Green chillies
1 inch ginger
6 Cloves  of  Garlic

Grind the above ingredients with very little water added to it Then grind this to fine smooth paste 
Keep aside


Method Of Preparation :

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a vessel
Add your Cuttle fish saute and fry for about 2 minutes then
Add the above ground masala and fry nicely for few minutes
Until Oil Seperates
Then add 2 Tablespoon Bottle Masala
Then add just ½ Cup water just enough water to cook
Ive kept my Khudi bit thicker like Sukka Masala
Coz I feel khudi is tasting much better this way   
Then add just ¼ teaspoon of Tamarind Pulp for little bit of Sourness
Add your Required amount of Salt
when the Cuttle Fish is cooked
Give one last boil Top it up with some freshly chopped Green Coriander Leaves
Remove and serve With Handmade Rice Rowtys or Chapatis .
