Shrimp Ingredients List:
450 = Gms Shrimp washed,
peeled , devined
Add 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil Or Corn Oil apply to the
shrimps and keep it ready in a bowl
½ = teaspoon Crushed Black
Pepper
½ = teaspoon Salt to taste
1 = teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
1 = teaspoon finely chopped green coriander leaves
1 = teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 to 2 = tablespoon
unsalted Butter or salted butter ( make sure to reduce your ½ Teaspoon salt level )
10 = Peeled Garlic Cloves
Method of Preparation :
Heat a Non stick pan on medium heat
Add unsalted butter or any butter
Then add butter and allow it to melt as soon as it melts
Add finely chopped garlic saute for just about ½ minute do
not brown or colour it
Add your bowl of shrimps
then cook for 2 minutes sauting over medium heat turn over the shrimps
Then lower the heat then one by one add
Salt , Red Chilli Flakes , Crushed Black Pepper powder and finely chopped green coriander leaves
Mix well turning the shrimps by spreading all the seasonings
and spices to the shrimps
Lastly add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Cook for another 1 minute do not over cook the shrimps as it
will turn chewy
