Prawns Atlayla is Specifically East Indian Catholic dish. It
is flavoured with that one East Indian spice called The Bottle masala. It adds
magic to many of the dishes , like this one , But here I simply Use
Fresh Homemade Red Kashmiri Chilli Powder & Turmeric and the result is
Awesome .
Get fresh Tiny Fish Assortment of your choice
such as Mandeli , Bombil , Shrimps wash it once Then transfer it in one cooking
vessel
Ingredients Required :
8 to 10 flakes of Garlic finely chopped
1 Green Chilles finely chopped
2 Tablespoon of finely chopped Green Coriander
leaves
1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
Diluted in 1/4 cup of water This we will be
adding up to the mix seafood
2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
½
Teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 large spoon of Oil
1 to 2 Teaspoon of Salt to it
Mix all the above ingredients along with the
Assorted Fish
Add leave it for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate
Method Of Preparation :
Place this Cooking vessel of Marinated Fish on Medium Gas
At this point add 1 cup of water to it then on
slow fire cook it
Fish cooks fast so when you know its about to
cook that’s when
Glaze it with Additional 2 spoons
of Oil
Once cooked
Garnish with chopped fresh Green Coriander Leaves
Remove and serve with Chapattis or Handmade Rice
