For 1 st Marination
of Chicken Liver :
500 gms Chicken Liver
Cut into just 2 pieces
keep it nice and thick whole pieces
Wash it couple of times
drain all of excess water and transfer it into a bowl
1 medium Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Turmeric
powder
1/ 2 teaspoon crushed
Black Pepper corn
Salt to Taste
Apply this above
ingredients to the chicken liver and set aside
In the mean time prepare
thick Fresh Green Masala Paste with
following ingredients
Preparation Of Ground Green Masala :
1 inch piece Ginger
roughly chopped
1 Pod Peeled and
roughly chopped Garlic
6 to 8 Fresh Green Chillies
1 cup chopped Green Coriander
Leaves / Kothmir
¼ cup Mint leaves / Pudina
1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Powder
1 teaspoons crushed Black Pepper Corns
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon Oil or as
needed
Lemon wedge &
finely chopped Kothmir / Green Coriander set aside to garnish
Apply the 2nd
Green Ground Masala Paste to the Chicken Liver and further allow it to Marinate for about 2 hours .
Method Of Preparation :
In an open frying pan
heat some Oil
Then add this Marinated
Chicken Liver
Then on Slow Flame Cook
initially with closed lid , once you notice the Steam escaping thru the lid , Set
aside the lid on then gradually
Shallow fry it keep
turning it until the Chicjwn Liver and coated
Green Masals is well cooked
Add Required amount of Salt
Further Fry if possible
give golden brownish coating to it make it well done once the oil fully
separates Masala is well cooked and coated to each an every piece of the Offals
Remove and serve it as
a Starter or Side Dish Squeeze balance 1/2
🍋 Lemon juice and sprinkled with Fresh Green Coriander
Leaves
Give some thick slices of White Onion Rings too along
with it
It’s a must with 🐔 Chicken Liver Kalji in Green Masala
