Buffalo Bites


BUFFALO  BITES

500 gms  boneless  chicken

Finely Handchopped Ingredients 

25 gms  green capsicum
25 gms  Fresh Red Chillies  if not add Green Chillies   ( For Spiciness )
25 Yellow or Red Capsicum ( For additional  Colour )
25 gms white onion
1 tablespoon green coriander leaves

Seasonings : 

4 gms Salt
3 gms white pepper  powder
3 gms Curry powder ( Shan , Everest  Or any other brand that’s available in india )
½ portion of beaten Egg
1 teaspoon  Cornflour  ( if you have it use it or you can do without it )
25 gms bread crumbs 

The Dip : 

1 cup Fresh Bread crumbs +  ½ cup Crushed Powdered Cornflakes  Mixed together
1 to 2 beated Egg

Garnish & Sauce :

Shredded Lettuce Leaves
Tomato ketchup , Mayonnaise  , Szechuan Chutney or any other sauce of your choice

Method Of Preparation : 

First of all wash the boneless chicken drain all of excess water pat dry with dry paper towel or dry cloth 
Then In a electric mincer or chopper mince the boneless chicken into a thick paste
Then transfer all of this minced chicken meat into a dry glass or steel bowl
Then one by one add all of the hand chopped veggies to it
Along with it all of its seasonings and salt , egg , bread crumbs , cornflour
Mix all of this with your bare hands to thoroughly incorporate all of the ingredients  atleast for 4 to 5 minutes
Then give shape of a ball round it up on your palms dipping your hands in little water
Then dip these Buffalo Bites into the Beaten Egg 
Then drop them in fresh bread crumbs + cornflakes powder Mix
Coat them throughly from all sides  Lay them on a flat dry plate
Place these Chicken Bites in a refrigerator or deep freezer for about 1 hour to hold it
Then in a deep frying pan deep fry on high flame these Buffalo bites until rich golden brown

Serve these Buffalo Bites  on a bed of shredded Green lettuce leaves Served with any of your Favourite Sauces
