Ingredients
Required :
2 tablespoon
Creamy Cocktail Mayonnaise
½ cup slices of
Cucumber
½ cup slices of
tomatoes
5 to 6 green or
black olives cut into halves
1 cup shredded
or chopped iceberg or green lettuce
½ Boiled Pink Shrimps Or Prawns in Bit Of Salt
Water
Method Of
Preparation :
Chop
iceberg lettuce finely, rinse with cold water and drain. Lay in the base of a
serving dish.
Drain
prawns (shrimps) then mix with Cocktail Dressing.
Cut 8
slices of cucumber, then slice each piece into quarters
Place them
on sides of the lettuce .
Similarly
place the Tomato Slices over the sides
And Sliced
Olives you can top it up
Add generous
quantity of Shrimps or Prawn bonded in creamy cocktail dressing mixture on top
of the lettuce base,
And either
serve immediately or refrigerate.
Optional
to add a squirt of lemon juice if desired.
Note: If using Frozen Prawns, Defrost
in Refrigerator for 6-8 hours or a minimum of 2-3 hours at room temperature
before using them .
